HR Admin

We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Admin. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.

As the HR Admin, you will work closely with the folks in all departments to create an atmosphere that meets the expectations of our customers. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off

  • Finding out from the employees if there are excessive amount of sick leaves taken or AL taken

  • Keeping track of each employee’s AL that is taken

  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures

  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information

  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages

  • Shortlisting potential candidates from a job posting

  • Carrying out the interview of potential candidates

  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

  • Be able to solve disputes or issues amongst employees

  • Being able to carry out conversations with the employee when there is a dispute or to find out the reason of non-performance

  • Assisting the Admin department by tracking and reminding people for attendance
  • Deliver documents to clients
  • Purchasing items for the office
  • Assisting the managers or HOD in any tasks being assigned
  • Taking down minutes of any meetings with clients or in the office
  • Greeting clients / anyone who walks in the office
  • Ensure cleanliness of the office
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
  • Assisting in the Procurement process
    Any other ad hoc tasks

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Have a degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Admin, Psychology or Psychological Science
  • Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant or a similar role for at least 1-2 years
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Gmail, Word,
  • Excel and any HR software
  • Have knowledge about the labor laws (preferable)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Possessed critical thinking skills
  • Have a can-do attitude
