Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Manager to spearhead our company’s social media presence.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong collaboration skills, fostering a team-oriented approach to optimize the performance of our social media.

As the Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams of graphic design, content, motion, video production and the marketing department to ensure the delivery of compelling content that aligns with the company’s objectives.
A high level of creativity, commitment, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.


  • Designing and implementing creative and engaging social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc., and tailoring content to suit diverse channels and audiences.
  • Creating high-quality, innovative written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Developing and coordinating compelling multimedia content across various social platforms.
  • Monitoring the company’s brand presence on social media, fostering brand awareness.
  • Overseeing online communities and comments to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Optimizing content and analyzing data to assess the success of social media campaigns.
  • Well-informed with latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Utilizing social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business, etc.
  • Optimizing and enhancing content from other creative departments.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Handling other ad-hoc duties as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, video production, communications, journalism, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Experience in social media marketing or multimedia.
  • Proven track record in developing social media strategies, marketing plans, and content calendars.
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns and a solid understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
