CHALLENGE
Organizing the event in a short time period and creating a cohesive yet easy-to-understand system to facilitate the management of the Regional Conference on Climate Change, using technology already available to speakers and attendees.
OUTCOME
Harnessing the power of the web, not only we successfully delivered the event fully, we’ve also created a comprehensive registration and management system to run the conference smoothly. Data and information gathered was then used to better optimise the event flow, lending to a smoothly-run event.
